Finally got my laptop repaired/formatted and now blogger and everything else is working fine which means updating of post with pictures! YAY! ^^
So anywaysssss...this trip has been a good experience for me, quite a few first time experiences
throughout this trip.
First time taking a plane on my own
First time paying for my own trip
First time experiencing an earthquake (no harm, no worries)
First time finding our own way around and getting lost in between
destinations
Hahahaha~
So beginning with day 1, Shiyu and I used up all of the day travelling from SG then
transited at HK to Tokyo then another 1hour bus ride to where our guesthouse
was, located in Shinjuku. A long journey indeed! Slept early to prepare to
enjoy a good day next day.
Day 2 went to Harajuku area staring with Yoyogi Park where we were supposed
to see many cosplay around but end up saw only very few. Not as expected from
what the website had stated. Next walked over to the Meiji Shrine which was
right beside. Saw many cute little kid dressed in Japanese traditional costume
and they really look so dolled up! And when asked to take a photo of the kid by
many tourists, the parent would smile so happily. It’s as if they doll their
kid up to show them off. Haha~ but some kid are too shy to take photo.

Day 3 was the day another friend join us. So the two of us first walked around our area, shopping centre and all. Saw so much good food but we just do not have enough stomach space to try everything! Around early afternoon LiJuan arrived and we went back to put down her stuffs and head out to Shibuya area, and yes we went to witness the Guinness World record of most people crossing the road at the same time! Goodness, it's really kind of scary seeing it from the famous Starbucks where every tourist will be there for once at least.

Day 4 went to Disneysea and it was so fun even though it was so so cold that
day but I still had so much fun. The kid in me was totally unleashed. Haha! The rides there were all so fun and we didn't had to queue so long up to 2 hours like what others have told us. So much find that day. :) And of course I bought my favourite character merchandise. Winnie the pooh! But sadly there would have been more if we had went to Disney Land instead.

Day 6 was the day we went to most places. Started off with Ueno park, Ueno traditional market, Sky Tree, Roppongi, and ended with the night street at Shinjuku. Too much to type so I'll just let the photos do the talking. Hahaha!

So it was time for me to say good bye to Tokyo. Own trip back to Singapore was smooth except the part where my baggage was not transited in time along with me on the way back to Singapore from HK airport. So it was being delayed. Was not really panic cause I wasn't the only one, there were others who did the same transit as me whos baggage was left at HK airport too. So we were rather sure it's not the case of lost or someone else took it.
The part I love most about taking airplane is that I get to see the beautiful views from above. Such serenity, such calmness, everything is so small.
And these are the things that I've bought from Tokyo. Things for myself, family and friends. :)
