yesterday went to HR for some orientation to know more about our company. at first i went to the wrong place cause i told daddy the wrong name. walked around for 20min and decided to take cab cause i was getting late. and i realised that if i had just walk the other direction, futher down, i would have reached. but oh well. i wasn't farmiliar with the place what. HAHA.

first day of work and my job was to orientate a new trainee around the kitcken. HAHA! how ironic! XD FYI, i'm working full time at the place where i did my attachment. so don be so shocked. HAHA.

today, 2nd day of work. my shift : 12pm to 8pm for at least till june.
= no chance to go out with cell (not so often at least)
= no life (wake up, go work, come home, bath, sleep. monday to saturday)
= almost impossiable to serve in 2nd service
= not able to eat dinner that mum cooked (by the time i reach home is 9 plus 10)

well, that's the bad part. but looking on the bright side. i get to learn stuffs that i didn't get to when i was in the morning shift. and one thing mum told me that i think was quite true and i agree.

is that God planned it this way so that i have the morning time to do QT (: it's so true. cause when i was doing morning shift, i went out like at 6.30am and by the time i reach home it's like, one word....L-A-Z-Y. haha. so wad do you think.

and still i get to go church each sunday (: and i'm glad about it. so even so there's some not so good points about it. but, it's all God's plan. so no complains! (yet...) ((: HAHA.

some things happened and WAS not happy.

cleared my study table cupboard! look at the mess!

this is only HALF of it. XD

see see! remember this kinda literally pencil BOX. it was my all time favourite to collect many many la. especially thoes with the marking of which stationary to be placed where. HAHA!

these 3 cups on top are my all time cups. which all are being spoiled by this same one person in the house. the same way how she made/accidentally made each cup spoil. drop and break. M. but at least she bought me new one :) which i am using happily now. HAHA.

see how empty it is! hahaha.

and so is the "display" section. so neat and TIDY! happy! haha.

went to church at 4 to help with some paper file-ling thingy. den dinner in church den 感恩崇拜. actually decided not to go agnes house stay over night but end up did. HAHA. cause xining wanted me to go so accompany her go loh.

went to the singapore flyers there near by to see the fire works. super nice la okae! the whole place is like so high la. just one anyhow person scream, all will start to scream. as in scream cheer not scream shout. haha. ting's dad was super nice to come fetch us and sent us back to agnes house la okae.

sat in the lorry. and had bumpy rides and had random wishing ppl walking by happy new year. HAHA.

by the time we reach back was like 2am already. mahjong-ed till 4 plus 5? den i could not take it and went out to sleep on the sofa. HAHA.

den breakfast at j8 macs today morning. and i almost lost my wallet but did not. it's actually i didn't even bring it out at all. scare me. haha. thank God it did not get lost. or else i'll be like. RAHRAHRAH. haha.

rushed back home to bathe and rushed to bryan's house for our own mini celebration? haha. last min decision of going to ecp so went home again to get my blades and bryan came to pick us up awhile later.

melly got new blade and i think it's pretty. (: bladed half way and it started raining. RAH. went to macs and had ice cream waiting for the rain to stop. and it did (: so continued blading and my leg was dying! terrible. i think it was a total of 2 hours or more? almost died. haha

exam was NOT okae. screwed up the writing of recipe part. my mind ws suddenly blank when i ws writing it. dang it. and when went out of the room. EVERYTHING came back. -.- tell me about it!!!!

pull sugar was terrible too. everything was like not correct. it was suppous to be like during practice but not. :( marzipan modeling was described with one word. "disaster" :( teared when yijia hugged me. HAHA. stupid eh.

oh well. it's over already anyways :] cant change anything. just lookin foward to my last day of attachment. 25 Dec. christmas day! HAHA. gonna miss the bunch of them at work lots. especially aiitzl and sasa too! :))

pull sugar!! 拉糖!

that's wad we've beeing doing during lesson last wed and this week's. last wed was a whole day of demo by chef. and this week tues and wed was our turn. tues was a desaster for me. didn't have proper sugar glove and my fingers were hurting half way through. blisters coming out soon on the first 3 fingers of both hands.

until now, the rest have recovered just for one which just the skin came off and my raw flash is exposed! haha. but some how there a super thin layer of skin covering so no pain. just cover to give more protection :] anyways....

work haven't been very good though. been getting into trouble for the past 2 day. thursday, i burnt one pot of sugar coated hazelnut cause i was too gei kiang and on it on big fire. firday, forgot to stir my chocolate and burn. terrible terrible.
