WELCOME MYSELF BACK TO BLOGGING!

By now, I have finished my final exams and got back the results, and apparently I did better than what I had expected! So I'm officially a graduate now! Wheeee~

Anyway, went on my long awaited Korea trip with the few of my fav people from uni. Too many photos to be posted so you can go to my Facebook to check them out. I'm sure you few of my readers have my FB too. HAHA!

So I was in Korea trip technically lasted from 12th to 27th May. Both to and fro Korea were overnight flights, reached Korea on the 13th early morning and we managed to find our way to the guesthouse! Felt as if I'm back at a very familiar place. Hehe.
Basically, we went to all the tourist attractions and shopping district. This post will not be in order of the event that happen, rather it'll be posted about on each destination. There are 11 tourist attractions and 5 shopping districts that we went to.

Celebrated my birthday there was the best thing. So grateful that this bunch of lovelies still made an effort to surprise me with a cake and the present brought all the way from Singapore from the rest of the clique. Happy much! s2

5 shopping district:
1. Myeong Dong
2. Dong Dae Mun
3. Ewah University
4. Nam Dae Mun
5. Insah Dong

The 11 tourist attractions:
1. KLive Bigbang Hologram
This was the done on the 2nd day of our trip, chosen by me as it was my birthday! Saw oppa hologram and was super high about it. Plus all the official merchandise there was so much cheaper as compared to buying them online! Grabbed all those I wanted!

2. Everland
My second time there but still I wasn't able to sit all the rides there. :/ The queues were terribly long! *faints* But if given the choice, I would want to go there again if I would go Korea with other friends again. I would rather go Everland again than to Lotte World cause Everland is more for the teenagers and young adults whereas Lotte World is more of a family theme park.

3. Nami Island
This is where the Korean drama 'Winter Sonata' was filmed at and became such a tourist attraction ever since then. Also my second time here but it's different going there with different group of people. Spammed photos for obvious reasons cause it's just too pretty there!

4. Petite France
Yet another tourist attraction made famous cause of a drama. But I think we went at the wrong timing of the day cause there wasn't any activities going on when we were there. The previous time I was there and also as said by eliz, there were performance at the center theater area. Oh well. Don't go in the evening!

5. Trick Eye Museum
Much photos spammed here and the name says it all.

6. Lotte World
Too lazy to add any more photos and since Lotte World was such a disappointment cause two of the main big thriller rides was down for maintenance. They just had to close both down at the same time. Which we are left with ONE main thriller ride and the queue was worst than that at the Everland. PLUS the tickets were more expensive than Everland. So. Ya. Not going to go back Lotte World.

7. COEX Aquarium
Aquariums are always my fav and must go on trips. I don't know why but I just love spending hours walking around in the aquarium and not get bored. Love those that have the big screen and they have seats there for you to sit and admire the sea creatures swim by and all. So relaxing :)

8. Seoul Tower
It's a good choice to go in the evening as the scenery is too amazing! Witnessed the sunset and it was perfect except that part that it was over crowded. -.-

9. Noryangjin Fish Market
This is a must go for all sea food lovers. You can see from the picture the amount of LIVE FRESH sea food down there and it's just the tip of the whole market! HA! But the catch is to now which stalls to buy from so as to NOT be buying those at super marked-up prices. Somehow they can tell whether you're tourist or local or from China. -.- The amount of time we were being grouped together with the China people are like how many times you blink a day. -.- Well, almost there la! But still...!!! :/

10. Gyeong Bok Gung Palace
Another place which I enjoy going as they have pretty photo worth it shots too! Not advised for people who do not enjoy sight seeing.

11. Bukchon Hanok Village
Same goes for this. Not advised for those who do not like sight seeing. But of course I enjoyed it. Looking at the old Korean houses and snapping photos. :)

Yep, so that's about it! The rest of the time were either spent shopping, cafe-ing, or finding our way! Hahaha!

Too Neoprints

Must have street food

Silly selfies in the neoprint machine

Must have 22cm tall icecream

KOREAN BBQ
Fried chicken and beer!

For cafe lovers, here are the few cafes that I went to!
1. Banana Tree Cafe
Desserts and drink
2. ANDhere cafe.
This is the cafe opened by SeungRi. Took such a hard time finding this as the first direction we found was totally misleading. -.- But still it was worth the trip. Good food we had :)

ANDhere Cafe

3. Twosome Studio
For YG fans, you would know this as this is the Twosome studio cafe opened by our Teddy oppa! It is located near the Ewah Women University. But I won't say the food is good, so advised to just drop by for a drink. HA!

So that marks the end of my Korea trip!
